Neato Xv 21 Allergy Automatic Cleaner

I think with the new brush it makes this neato have less noise. i live in a apartment and need the reduction in noise+

Just got our XV-21 today — it is the firstborn robot vacuum we’ve ever owned. I was sitting by the door waiting for FedEx like a kid on Christmas, only to be vaguely disappointed when I had to charge it for an hour before I could run it icon sad At any rate, the original run went well — it halted on two occasions: once on a VERY huge and thick frayed thread from one of our carpets (the rest of it is tasseled edges gave it small little — I just picked the robot up and the tassel unspooled on it is own, and placed it right back and started it up again, and the second time when it managed to get a bit lost amid a large planter and the base of a spiral staircase– it halted because it couldn’t navigate — nudging it a few inches got it back to work. After finishing 3 1/2 of the 4 rooms it had access to, it returned to it is base successfully, recharged, then finished up a tiny bit it had missed.

I did try out the spot cleaning (easy as pie) and the barrier (worked fine). The robot has a noteworthy ability to get itself extricated from tangles by backing up and raising it is chassis up (fairly agreeably diverting to watch). The bee-dance back to its charger is in addition fun.

The vacuum isn’t terribly deafening deafening heard complaints that the XV-11 sounds like a jet engine), certainly not compared to a ordinary upright. It did the entire first floor (not including charging) in in regards to an hour and a half. The charging adds regarding 1-2 hours to the process, as a heads up.

Happy with the purchase, thus far!

Cleartex Advantagemat Carpets Rectangular 1115240Ev

Received the new floor mat and it replaced multiple other mats that cracked up and became useless. This mat is much more stury, heavy obligation and anticipate it to be the last one purchased. Yes more costly than the previous ones but ought to save in the long run.

I purchased this chair mat for my office expecting heavy utilized The mat is thick, stiff, stable and attractive. It will last for years and look great.

Matt is fine, but my desk is precisely 46 inches, this mat claims 46 inch width, but is in truth 47 1/2, so had to put underneath base of desk a bit – not ideal for my specifi scenario. I think I read another review pointing this out, but lost in the shuffle of comparison shopping :-/

I am giving this product one star because the product is not the size that is advertised which I feel is untrue and misleading. It is listed as being 60×46 inches and in my situation I REALLY NEEDED the FULL 60 inches for the chair travel. The mat I received was 58″ long (and 47.5 wide. not 46) and so my chair ends up going beyond the edge of the mat. I arranged for an exchange in hopes of becoming one that was the rectify size but the alternate was really shorter (57.5″) than the introductory one. I’m going to assume here that NONE of the mats are really 60″ long as advertised so something needs to be changed. The company needs to either make the mats the size that is advertised OR put in the rectify smaller sizes in the description so consumers will acknowledge exactly what to expect. Note to the manufacturer: it is not hard!! Take a tape measure and extend it to 60″ and make a mark AND CUT IT THERE!! And PRESTO its 60″ long! And then you have a happy customer.

I want to add here that the quality of the product is (in my opinion) rather good and I would have been most satisfied with it whether or not IT WERE LONG ENOUGH!

I bought the Cleartex UltiMat Polycarbonate Chair Mat for Plush Pile Carpets – Over 1/2 Inch Thick, 0.11 Inch Gauge, Clear 60 x 48 Inches, (1115227ER) and the Cleartex AdvantageMat PVC Chair Mat for Plush Pile Carpets – Over 3/4 Inch Thick, Clear 60 x 46 Inches, Rectangular (1115240EV). Both are good quality. The first is very clear and allows the carpet to show through clearly. The second makes the carpet fewer clear, but appears to be a small more substantial. I haven’t had these long sufficient to experience their durability, but I will in all probability purchase the 1115227ER the next time because the carpet shows so well. Both are shipped flat because they do not roll up like less expensively mats.

Mat is made of a thick material and ought to last longer than thinner mats that crack and break up too without apparent effort on a thick carpet; however, the spikes on the underside are much too short to prevent the mat from creeping around on my carpet. I have to reposition the mat each couple of days–very disappointing.

Well i thought it was time to leave a review. I have to say the mats going back. Its not suitable for over 3/4″ carpets at all. I tried it on our low pile rug and it works ok but on my office carpet its much thicker and the mat just moved around with the chair so you end up with it curled up at the corners where it hits the desk. as such a good deal of said the size is different than listed but my main issue is the length of the studs on the bottom. they dont do anything at all to keep the mat in place. plus when you get the chair into the area you would commonly sit you gets depressions in the plastic which the caster wont roll out of easy and i only weight 160lb. poor poor product

This mat has a field of spikes on the underside. Unfortunately they are not long enough to prevent the mat from ‘walking’ to the left on my deep carpet.

I’ve not ever been more disappointed with a productions First, the dimensions given are WRONG. The width is actually 47 1/4″ NOT 46″. The product packaging is a little questionable – it arrives flat, and if your unlucky like me (full disclosure – I returned it mainly because it didn’t fit). It’s been dragged on the open side of the packaging and arrives scratched. Then, adding insult to injury, it arrived FILTHY. I thought it was dust & tried wiping it off – but that just smeared it (super ick). And rather of being smooth at the top it’s a sticky chalk (a towel will not slide across).

Obviously other reviewers had better luck than I did – but buyer beware.

The wheels on my chair tardily but surely sink down into the mat. I gave it a three because it’s better than the others I tried, but I’d not buy another.

As I proceed to use it, my disappointment increases. As others have noted, the spikes meant to keep the mat from wandering, are far too short. Repositioning the mat has become an every-other day chore.

I am reducing my rate from three… to two stars.

Timex Ironman Run Trainer

I have had this GPS watch for when it comes to a week now. I’m a moderate runner that trains for the half marathon distance mostly. I equated this Timex run trainer with the Garmin forerunner 210 prior to making my buy and in truth there was no comparison accept for price.

The Timex has so much more customization to it than the Forerunner. I have something like 15 habit fields to pick from to display on 4 lines of screen every time I look down at the thing on a run. I’m talking regarding heart rate, speed, avg. speed, pace, avg. pace, distance, calories, etc., etc., etc. By comparison, the garmin doesn’t even do speed (just avg. speed) and you can’t pick from much else as far as I could tell.

Also, I love that this watch is water immune resistant to 50m). I don’t swim regularly but I may see myself getting this thing wet from time to time and not ever having to worry when it comes to frying the battery. The Garmin isn’t waterproof. That’s a huge divergence in my opinion.

I in truth like the size of this watch equated to the more costly choices out there is It may virtually pass for an daily watch on my wrist which is gorgeous cool. the regular display is large and vivid and has all the classic Ironman features like Indiglo and alarms. it is as whether or not timex wants you to replace your daily sports watch with this guy. I’ve worn Timex watches in the past so the menu choices options alarm, timer, etc.) were beauteous familar and easy to use.

Here’s another bonus: I’ve heard that the GPS watches tend to take awhile in acquiring signal from the satellites. the firstborn time I did it it took regarding 30 seconds outside my house. However the next time (and subsequently thereafter) I powered on the GPS from my home, it acquired the signal virtually instaneously like it remembers the emplacements This is a small detail but a gorgeous nice surprise as I leave for all my distance runs from home.

The PC connection was aboveboard and easy to navigate. really I prefer to custommake all those display fields from the computer when I have the watch connected thru its USB cable. the cable attaches to the watch via an alligator clip that is nice and secure so you may tell when its plugged in. The computer program has drop down menus and buttons to select different things. I think Timex outsourced the map selective information to Google maps and the online computer workout piece to trainingpeaks.com I think it was the right move instead of trying to build something in house. Let the experts do their thing and not a single soul does maps better than Google.

On the negative side, I think they could have made the watch a bit smaller and upped the battery juice such a heap of more but I’m sure that’s all coming in future releases. I haven’t played around with the Drink/Nutrition alarms and Recovery option as all that seems over the top but perhaps may be useful to some.

I’ve been in the market for one of these GPS watches in an crusade to better keep track of mileage and pace for my half marathon training for a while. I was deciding among this and a few Garmin models, but at last chose this due to the price.

Initial thoughts upon opening:

- The watch seemed a small big. I have small wrists, but this watch still seems to fit securely and comfortably. It looks huge on my wrist, but it’s comfortable and doesn’t distract me while training.

- The quick get started guide isn’t awful by any means. But whether or not you are buying items off Amazon, I’m assuming you can do a quick google search to find the full user’s manual. That will as well lead you to the computer software needed to upload info to the computer/internet.

- The packaging is amazingly easy to open – you don’t have to fight with scissors cutting the plastic housing.

Configuration and Usage:

- I downloaded the software and plugged the watch into my computer for the introductory charging. The software is exceedingly easy to use to configure the watch. You can custommake displays, set parameters, and input user selective information info info Note: On a typical stopwatch (or at least the wrist watches I’ve antecedently utilized just for holding holding the start button is on the upper right and the stop is on the upper left. These buttons are swapped on this watch and I’ve found myself pressing the faulty button when I’m stopped, waiting for traffic. There is an autopause feature on this watch that works very well – it mechanically pauses when my pace gets below my chosen pace.

- Satellite acquisition is fairly quick. Initially took 30 seconds to lock on. Now it takes less than 5 in most cases (sometimes longer if I’m running at a location that’s further away from my previous previous The GPS is spot on. Running in the local county park Rail Trail with miles marked, the watch swapped to 8 miles EXACTLY at the 8 mile post. I was thoroughly impressed.

- I upload my run selective information after each run. I haven’t figured out if there is a way to delete previous workouts, but each time run information is upload, it sends EVERY workout to the computer and as you cumulate workouts, it takes longer to transfer the data. Luckily, it’s easy enough to plug it in, walk away for a snack and come back

- Battery life is adequate. I turn the GPS on before a run and turn it off immediately after. I’ve had the watch for a small over two weeks and I’ve charged it twice (initially and one recharge) using it to run 11 times in those two weeks (a total of 52 miles at 7:37 pace).

- The display is very easy to see for the duration of the day. The Indiglo backlight is easy to see as long as it’s DARK outside. I’ve had a few runs at dusk and I have had trouble seeing the display until it got a small darker outside.

Other thoughts:

- The charging/data transfer clip seems well constructed and in truth holds onto the watch. It’s easy to attach and won’t come loose unless you unclip it.

- The training peaks software gives outstanding data. It shows elevation and maps your run route. You can place your run information on a calendar and add notes.

- A wall charger would have been nice to include in this packaging. I use a laptop which goes to “sleep” after inactivity, which shuts off power to the USB ports. My own fault for setting it up this way, but it’s the only way to charge the watch.

- The latest software update is exceedingly easy to put onto the watch.

- I didn’t buy this from Amazon. I bought from my local running special line of work store where I received a 15% discount. With the 50 dollar mail in rebate, my total cost was right around 120 dollars. And for that price, this watch has met and exceeded my expectations! I would commend this to anybody looking for GPS watch to help with their run training.

I love this training watch. The GPS is right on, locates the satellites rapidly and stays locked on. Easy to use buttons, and functions. Very easy to see and read the display in all conditions. Battery life so far has been outstanding. The watch is big, but not too huge I wear it all the time as an each day watch. I have perpetually been a fan of Timex Ironman watches and this one does not disappoint.

I am a triathlete and duathlete and have been using the Timex Global GPS Trainer for almost a year. I have been actually pleased with the Global Trainer and in truth like the feature on the watch in specifi for triathletes and duathletes. Then I saw the Run Trainer I thought it would be a good watch for my run training days but when I received it I was not as impressed with the screen layouts, size and funtionality. The Global Trainer is much better and has some more features. I actually returned the Run Trained to purchase another Global Trainer. I can’t say too some bad things in regards to the run trainer bacause I think it is an splendid training watch for the avid runner just not right for the triathlete or duathlete. I have been a Timex advocate for some years and will continue to purchase their products.

Timex Run Trainer is a swell watch! I antecedently had a garmin that regularly took 5-10 minutes to get a signal. This watch gets a signal super fast. Had for just over a month and have not have to wait more than 30 seconds on any run to get a signal. Traveled once and it worked great. Distances appear precise to ones I had previously mapped out on mapmyrun.com.

If you’re looking for a great, easy to use GPS watch for running, this is the watch for you. Does so much more, but I mainly use for running and love it!

This is my basi GPS watch. Prior to this I was using a MiCoach. Since switching to this as my primary tracking device, I’ve been extremely happy. I specifically run amongst 10 and 20 miles per week and primarily train for 10k races, and the watch has all the features that I need.

I like that it uses the Training Peaks website for analysis of my run data. Although, to get the most gains of the selective information analysis, you have to upgrade the Training Peaks account – I compensated about $120 for the year. Which to me is well worth the investment.

Also, the support from Training Peaks has been excellent. Earlier this week I noticed the graphs of my runs, and in particular my paces, were displaying very sporadic data. I emailed support, and within 24 hours they freed a new firmware update for the watch that corrected the problem.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier!

Omaha Steaks Pkgs King Crab

This product ships in swell packaging and it looks good, but the taste… horrible. In fact, there is not much one may do wrong with good fresh crab legs, just steam/boil, and freeze to ship. They added salt to the legs while cooking so much so that it tasted not only bad in my opinion, but my cat did not eat them either.

So, save your money, and go to any local store that carries the king crab legs, I bet you they are not worse then the ones I had to throw away.

King Crab, low quality, small legs. can buy better quality king crab legs at my local supermarket.

Would not purchase this product again.

First thing is I did not purchase crab legs from Omaha as the price is 10 steps beyond gouging. Here in the NY area they can be bought for $7.99 a pound, no S&H. There are 2 sizes of legs, more spectacular and littler littler denoted to as A’s & B’s] with the larger being approximately $2.00 a pound more.

Considering that there’s more shell weight than meat weight, $25 a pound is totally outrageous.

Look elsewhere for your crab legs. I hope Amazon takes note of this review.

Snoogle Chic Jersey Pregnancy Off

I just got this yesterday and last night I loved it is The fabric is soft and t-shirt like. It’s only been one night with it, so I’ll have to carry on using it to see how it goes. I was very comfortable using it and I felt like the footprint of the pillow was not much larger then the space I normally use on my side of the bed. I didn’t feel like it was so vast that my husband was being pushed off the bed, which was good!

Edit 2/24/11: I’ve been using this for months now and I am 36 weeks. I love this pillow! I don’t want to give it up even after I have the baby. It has made sleeping a dream (pun intended). I haven’t had any sleeping issues with my pregnancy and it keeps me very comfortable. The cover washes and dries well, no shrinking or pilling. It hugs my body and supports my hips, back, and stomach.

The Snoogle is amazing!! I purchased it when I was in regards to 20 weeks pregnant and having a terrible time sleeping. Since I got it, I sleep swell and might get comfortable in bed and in other places like the couch. Every pregnant woman needs this pillow! Would not delay in buying this!

I’m presently 21 weeks pregnant with twins and have been using this pillow for when it comes to a month now and I still haven’t decisive whether or not I like it or not. The introductory couple of nights it was genuinely uncomfortable, specially the portion where your head rests. I have applied a Tempurpedic pillow for years which is firm but molds fabulously to your head. The Snoogle was much firmer (and didn’t at long last at last and much taller then my Tempurpedic. As a result, I woke up with a stiff, aching neck. That distinct feature got better after 4-5 nights as it started to break down a littler I’m 5’3 and the middle portion is a small long for me. The ends wrap around substantially and I feel like I’m in a tight raft. I think it would be fine whether or not you tend to stay in the same position all night. However, I don’t. I attempt to commence out on my left side as that is considered best for prenatal sleeping. I had a disc issue a few years ago and have residuary troubles with my left leg, so I can’t maintain that position for long periods of time. I perpetually end up rolling over to my right side. It unfailingly wakes me up because the curve amidst my legs is a bit cumbersome and then I have upset becoming comfortable again. I’ve tried not using the leg part, but it is unmanageable due to the fact that it is of course curved. It does prevent me from sleeping on my back, which is good. My husband hates it as he likes to rest his hand on my ever growing belly and the pillow gets in the way. I’m wondering whether or not my ordinary pillow and two body pillows on either side wouldn’t have been a better choice for me personally. I may keep attempting it to see if it will get more comfortable the bigger I get.

I purchased this when I was a few months pregnant with my son. I was a stomach sleeper with a bad back and thought this might assist me transition to be a side sleeper while pregnant. Well, it worked! It worked so well that I never got rid of it once I delivered. My son is 4 months, and I still sleep with it is It is the most comfortable pillow ever! And my back doesn’t bother me anymore now that I’m sleeping in a better position. It does take up a bit of room, though. And the cover may be taken off and washed. It’s kept up genuinely well. I highly commend this – even to humans who aren’t pregnant!!

I am virtually 5 months pregnant and was having a lot of disturb with back and shoulder ache because I’m not a side sleeper normally. I obtained this pillow last week and have employed it both behind me and in front of me while sleeping and have been pain free ever since… it’s made a huge divergence in my sleep quality and just how I feel all over the day. I would unquestionably commend to other moms-to-be who are having joint pain that may be caused by not finding a comfortable sleep position with baby on the way!

Had I written this review for the duration of the second trimester of my pregnancy, right around the time that my back had just started complaining and my stomach was getting huge sufficient that I was thinking, “Huh… Surely it’s not going to be too much bigger than this” – had I written this review back then – it would have 5 stars hands down. The Snoogle was my ticket to a good night’s sleep back then, helping me stay on my back, holding my hips and legs in alignment and genuinely just supplying that cozy, cuddly feeling when my husband wouldn’t take yet another nap with me.

However, as my pregnancy progressed, my stomach continued to grow and my body in popular felt more and more cumbersome, my love for the Snoogle waned. The stuffing inside shifted and flattened; the help wasn’t as good. The cover – once absolutely soft, like a T-shirt – started to get pilled. And, altho I can’t blame Snoogle for it, my heartburn flared. By the end of pregnancy, I was far more comfortable sleeping in a recliner than in bed. No mere pillow could have helped.

Overall, though I commend the Snoogle pillow for pregnant women who are having upset sleeping, I didn’t think it was a lasting resolution to an more and more uncomfortable problems I as well haven’t found much use for the pillow postpartum, but will probably hang on to it in case I am lucky enough to get pregnant again.

I have had this pillow for months now, so I feel I may give an informed review. It took with regards to a week to get applied to sleeping with it and to break in the portion where my head goes, but since then I have been more than happy with it — in fact, I had my baby over a month ago and I still use it and find it incredibly comfortable. The best part while I was pregnant was that I slept more soundly with the pillow so I didn’t wake up to go to the bathroom as some times for the duration of the night, so I genuinely felt well-rested in the morning. The best part now that the baby is born is that I may fold it in half in the middle of the night when the baby wakes up and it becomes a backrest for nursing – very comfortable and much better than just leaning against a regular pillow because it has “arms” for more support. One thing though: the jersey knit cover is very comfortable and fits the pillow perfectly, but the regular cotton cover is not soft at all and it doesn’t fit the right way around that curved area at the top so it ends up digging into your neck/shoulder area. Stick with the jersey cover.

I like the shape and overall use of the pillow, but the fabric is rough and itchy. I am hoping I may find a replacement cover that is smoother.

I bought this pillow because I’m a back sleeper and wanted something to help me stay on my side during pregnancy. The pillow arrived during my 17th week of pregnancy. Initial thought — heaven.

I’ve had the pillow for eight weeks now.

PROS:

Love the soft cover. I bought a spare pillowcase so there’s constantly a clean one to use.

Good back support, good at holding the hips level.

Snoogle is not too firm or too soft.

Flexible enough to curl precisely as you wish.

Better than using multiple person pillows.

There are a few other positions you can use with your Snoogle. It’s nice to roll up to use when sitting upright.

CONS:

A tad too large for our full-sized mattress, but it still works.

Looses the tight C-shape after in regards to a month. Again, still works, but it takes a small bit more arranging.

Hard to flip the Snoogle over (especially in the middle of the night). I can see this being a problem with most body pillows. You can leave the Snoogle in place and flip yourself over (still comfy) but you loose the back support.

The Snoogle can also be applied for breastfeeding. Though I haven’t made it this far yet, I won’t be attempting it with the Snoogle as it would be too big and awkward — Boppie would still be best.

Yes, I would purchase this again.

I’ve been using it for a few days now. It does take time to get used to it since it is so bulky and hard to change positions while asleep. If you genuinely stick to utilizing it you’ll like its The more i use it the posing no difficulty it gets. And last night was the original time (after days of trial) i slept through the night in the same left side position for most of the night without disturbing my sleep to wake up to shift my position. And it can also be used to support the baby during breastfeeding as its so versatile due to its shape and size.

I purchased this seat for my new baby after i gave away my old maxi-cosi cabrio thinking that i’ll never use it again.

we were happy with our introductory maxi-cosi so we decided to get the same product this time.

While we where waiting for our seat to be delivered from amazon, my wife saw the base for the car on sale at Toys r’ Us and bought its We were happy with the purchase.

When we obtained the seat we were really happy with the color, the head rest and all the rest, but even more when we saw that this seat comes with the base! so we went back and returned the base we have bought and got a back a few dollares!.

Recaro Prosport Combination Seat Blaze

Just wanted to let everyone know that I spoke with Recaro today and beginning in July 2011, they started constructing this model with a longer harness and they will send a new replacement harness to any individual who purchased the former model. Hope this helps those of you (like myself) who were struggling with short straps! It is in truth a outstanding swell swell seat that had a major flaw, which seems to have now been corrected!

I had a very tough time deciding amidst the ProSport and the Frontier SICT. Both were available by way of amazon prime, so I purchased the ProSport for my car and the Frontier for my wife’s SUV.

First words out of my Son’s mouth when sitting in the ProSport with the harness (coming from the older Marathon): “This is uncomfortable daddy”. His issue was the head rest, it’s genuinely quite hard and the wings block side to side visibility.

A few weeks later when the Frontier showed up it was a different story. He loved the cup holders and the arm rests, and as well commented that he found it much more comfortable.

I figured I would add that to the base of reviews here is

Bought the Prosport 5 months ago alter from Amazon- out of stock then).

Loved the quality and construction……we have 2 Britax Frontiers already (wifes car & grandparents car) and I necessitated a seat for mine. Read that this did very well in tests and because of the higher weight limit purchased it unseen/tried.

Harness straps are VERY short.

My daughter is now virtually 5yr old, 46 lbs and 46 1/2″ tall. The straps have nearly no adjustment left whether or not wearing anything more than a sweater.

The weight/height claims appear to be ‘advertising optimism’.

The headrest height adjuster that carries the shoulder strap is already at it is maximum, when she adds any torso length the shoulder straps will start to slope down from her shoulder into the seat back, so will be unusable as the straps are supposed to be level with or above shoulder height.

I would like to see the child that is 90 lbs and 50″ tall AND fit this harness !!!!!.

Called Recaro and was promised another harness would be mailed incase mine was defective, never obtained it or the promised follow up phone call after “we check with our techs’ “…….

Our Britaxs’ even even though having lower weight and height limits still have growing room left however. So beware, check fit before buying or be prepared to return.

Also the belt webbing is wider than the slots in the 2 waist latch plates, which then do not slide freely when buckling her in.

I own a LOT of carseats and for a forward facing child this is BY FAR my favorite. I use this seat largely for my 3 yr old in my car and he loves its I have in addition applied it with my 2 yr old (only in a pinch since he usually is rear-facing still)and 4 yr old nephew and it adjusts easily. I purchased this seat because I love all my other Recaro seats and the ProSport does not disappoint. in addition own a Recaro ProRide, Como, Signo, Signo G2, Sunshine Radian XTSL, Britax Companion, Britax Decathalon, Graco snugride)I purchased my 1st Recaro seat with regards to 3 yrs ago because my husband loved it and it got good safety ratings. Now, I only use other seats if I have toxicant Install was a breeze and super tight (as with all my Recaro seats), very comfortable (from what my son says), easy to strap child in in the right way every time (not the case with the Radian seat), fits well in our cars (grand caravan, buick rendezvoux, acura integra). I have not one thing bad to say when it comes to this seat. Only downside is the cost but giving careful consideration to a weight max of 120lbs I feel comfortable with the highpriced I would absolutely commend this seat! Also, I have bought 4 seats off Amazon and had a good experience every time. I even returned one (never used) and return was very easy and quick.

Update:

Very happy with the seat still. My 3 yr old loves it is He is comfortable and still falls asleep in the car on longer rides. We just bought a 2nd one to use when my 2 yr old is FF. I was inquisitive when it comes to the harness strap length as I have seen a few people note it might be too short. I am 60″ and 94lbs (a bit bigger than max allowable by recaro for harness use) and I could not fit in the harness. However, it was gorgeous close. I would most likely have to be 6 inches shorter to fit correctly. Hard to say for sure though. I did try the booster only mode and found it comfortable. If you have a tall or husky child, this seat may not work in harness mode as long as advertised but I think it is still a worthwhile bought A very sturdy, safe, easy to use carseat.

We have owned a ProSport for over three years in the older gray/micro-fiber compoundings It has been a outstanding seat with only a few signs of wear in the fabric. When we needed a second harness/booster combination seat we ordered a new ProSport in the misty/micro-suede. Two factors repelled us to returning it for a Britax Frontier 85:

1.) As others have brought up the maximum seat back/headrest height adjustment and harness length are significantly shorter than the Frontier 85. At 5 years old and just over 40 lbs our daughter was already at the limit of needing to convert from harness to booster mode. Using the harness mode for as long as possible was why we were purchasing a ProSport rather of going directly to a booster seat.

2.) The micro-suede fabric seemed stiff equated to the micro-fiber fabric we were used venomous We felt the micro-fiber would be more comfortable and clean up better over time. However, we preferent the gray color over the current midnight black micro-fiber.

We now have two Britax Frontier 85′s (SICT and non-SICT). Both the ProSport and Frontier 85 are excellent car seats and we could confidently commend either one based upon the need. Here are such a heap of pros and cons of the ProSport:

Pros:

- extremely well built with outstanding attention to detail.

- swell side affect coverage. The ProSport has more side coverage with the various wings, exceptionally in the lower seat area, than the Frontier 85.

- Narrow design allows posing no difficulty transport. We not long back took our older ProSport seat on a SouthWest flight. We were competent to wheel it through the airport and tightly down the isle of the plane on a little luggage cart. One flight attendant remarked this was the first time she had seen someone successful go down the isle that way. We would not even attempt this with the non-SICT Frontier 85 due to it’s much wider size.

Cons:

- Short harness mode adjustment limits utile life before converting to booster mode (90 lb harness limit isn’t utile with such a short height).

- Narrow build may be too confining for such a heap of children (our slender built 4 year old son loves it but others with a wider build may might Bottom center strap has fewer length and one less adaptable setting than the Frontier 85.

- Lack of genuine cup holders and arm rests.

If it weren’t for the harness height limitations we would rate it 5 stars. However, given the Frontier 85 provides such a larger useful range in harness mode Recaro really needs to catch up in future versions.

We got the Recaro Pro Sport because we are moving the Recaro Signo car seats from my wife’s car to my car. So we are becoming new car seats for hers. We love the Recaro seats we have now. But wow! This new Pro Sport is amazing. I took it out of the box and my 2 1/2 year old freaked out. “Put it in the car, Daddy! put it in the car now!” It is extremely well made. Materials are very high quality, and feel like a very nice suede or something like that. Padding is great, but not puffy. Really nice looking. This seat would look great in any car. Actually would in all likelihood make most cars look better. This Recaro would look at home in an AMG Mercedes, and makes a Britax Boulevard look like it belongs in an Oldsmobile. Was easy to install, and fits great in our GMC Yukon. The handle on top is nice to carry it around. The side impact shelter looks very robust, and the straps are very easy to change (not as easy as the knob on the Recaro Signos we have already, but still easy).

I am going to order the 2nd one for our 2nd child, now that i have seen this one.

“Misty” is a terrible name for this color, which is a very nice medium gray.

First things first, Recaro describes the Hanna color as rasberry. That’s correct – somewhere between red and pink. It’s classy looking. I am a 2nd time Recaro owner. We bought this seat for my 2.5 yr old, who is 38in and 40lbs. Big kid. We have had him in the Recaro Signo since 5mos, but need the Signo for our 5mos daughter now. I knew we would go with another Recaro because we have been SO happy with our Signo and the client service we have received over the years with Recaro. While we may not keep our son in this carseat until the max harness weight, it’s nice to have the choices It’s also soothing to know that the side impact shelter we laud in the Signo is here in the Prosport. Not only is this great for safety, but comfort. I hate seeing kids slumped sideways in their carseats sleeping and I have been so happy with this distinct feature of the Recaro’s. Both of my children go right to sleep in their carseats without any fuss. So, in case you are like me, a former Recaro owner, here are the differences in this seat vs the Signo. It’s not as broad looking, but just as plush, more so actually, even once you remove the padding for harness mode. console is still high on Recaro’s priority list. They swopped to foam for the side protection, which doesn’t seem as comfy for the headrest as the Signo, but my son has no issues. The pro changes: handle for carrying this heavy beast, much having little impact to lengthen latch straps, posing no difficulty to tighten harness. For those who have commented on the harness straps not being long enough: Recaro has lengthend the straps on all seats made after June 2011. If you have a seat made before this they will replace the straps for released In addition, no carseat maker recommends putting your child in his/her carseat with a bulky winter jacket on – it compromises their safety. I realize that’s inconvenient, but it’s reality. Con changes: the position of the harness freed Other reviewers have commented their children may release the harness themselves because you lift up on the release button as opposed to push down. I think that’s a parenting problem, but I can see how it would happen. Another con: remotion of the infinite release harness, which makes us sad that we will have to remove the seat to alter the harness the next time he grows. However, the likelihood of an older child growing constantly has decreased, so this is probably ok. They also got rid of the recline change handle and substituted with a piece of plastic that flips up or down – kid is either reclined or not. That removes the several recline positions, but possibly that doesn’t matter at this age/facing forward. And possibly that, with the infinite modify harness, were just not possible with the booster mode. The only real con for me is the lower latch anchor – it’s one piece as opposed to two distinguished belts. I can not get it as tight as having two separate belts. It’s still fine and latches tight enough, but I’d like a little more. Our truck has very visible latch anchors and the Prosport seat is shorter than the Signo, so maybe that combo isn’t good for these straps. Overall however, the Prosport does not disappoint. We now have two Recaro’s next to each other in the back of our truck without any problems. I love the safety and comfort of these seats and will proceed to recommend Recaro to everyone.

I wanted a seat to keep at my parents’ house, and my two and a half year old daughter is just in regards to to outgrow her rear-facing seat, a RECARO Signo, so I went with their new carseat/booster combo. It is very comfortable, relatively compact (it’s a lunker at 25 pounds but it fits into little cars easily), and has the most eminent weight limits in the industry. My daughter loved it from the second we took it out of the box, and gets excited about getting to ride in it is The shoulder straps resize without having to rethread, and the LATCH strategy is easy to applied

Winegard Rvw 205 Sensar Antenna Replacement

I necessitated to do numerous work on my antenna. (I broke the mount.) I decisive to go ahead and replace the mast head since the old one was over 10 years old to see whether or not I could ameliorate it for digital reception. What a divergences I have the booster in my rv. Previously I could get perhaps 3 stations. After instalation I did a channel scan and picked up 15 digital stations and 3 analogs. I am very impressed.

The old Winegard antenna that came with the utilized motor home I lately bought worked pretty well; but it was damaged when I drove under an overhanging tree limb. I replaced it with a Winegard RVW-205 Sensar IV Replacement Head with Wingman. The results were phenominal. My RV sets besides my home. With my mast mounted antenna in my home I may once in a while receive as a great deal of as 18 local channels. This unit (at least 15 feet closer to the ground) pulled in 30 channels the firstborn time I tried its At that time my home antenna was only receiving 8 channels. I am receiving HD channels from more than 70 miles. This is good!

This was easy to install and I obtained more channels than the individual parked next to me. So far I love it!

The unit was as advertised and easy to install. The results were very good and well worth the time to modify to this unit and the ease of installation was as advertised.

This company was easy to order. Product description was accurate. Price was the best and savings over local RV merchandiser was 40%. Shipping was fast and one day early. I would purchase from them again and product was packaged well so no harm in delivery. I now receive over 50 channels in south and central Florida as we have only camped twice since I installed the antenna. And I do not miss a football game on Sunday or Monday night.
